On Wednesday, Emaar Properties, a multinational property developer headquartered in Dubai, announced the launch of Ease by Emaar Dubai, a short-term rental model that allows travelers to stay in upscale homes in their interconnected communities chosen by Emaar. South Shore, a luxury residential beachfront development at Emaar Beachfront, was also announced by the leading property developer, which, according to a press release, will be the first waterfront development to be classified on Ease by Emaar. The business added that South Beach consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom Apartment for Sale in Dubai with exquisite furnishings. Under Ease by Emaar, visitors can enjoy a range of offers and deals via Ease Pass to the main attractions of the area, as well as U by Emaar, which offers exclusive upgrades, Emaar hospitality restaurant discounts, and Emaar entertainment attraction deals. South Beach residents can also enjoy facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness facility and an extensive variety of children's play areas. Investors in South Beach will have the option of enabling Ease by Emaar, according to the release, to operate their property at no extra cost for the first three years after completion.
